Upon further research, I discovered that InterActiveCorp owns Entertainment Publications Operating company: http://www.iac.com/bio_biz_abittker.htm

I just called their headquarters in New York (212/314-7300) and left voice mail for their legal department. I'm awaiting their callback now.

I'll post what happens (if anything) here.
