You may remember that I'm working on a presentation to the eHealth Forum in September which has as its focus the role of ICT in dealing with a pandemic. But the more I think about it from the information perspective, the more it looks like a pitch to unwind the repressive reporting environment that is being constructed around the terrorist bogeyman.
