I'm not, though while in the USA I am protected by the 4th amendment and other laws since I am not an agent of a foreign power. The courts have ruled that the US Government is not to tap calls from Americans to Americans in the USA without a warrant. This is pretty well established, and even the Bush administration knows this, and admits the times they have done this (because the call went over the overseas cables) it was an unwanted accident.
