"Why don't they just have stuff sent to the AOL account?"

Hallelujah! I have no idea why they continue to do this... and we tell them as well when this happens. Yet they continue to do this (usually not the same customers over and over again, but sometimes.)

And AOL shouldn't penalize us, but they do... I'll find out more from our mail admin, but I think they really don't go over the headers unless we address the issue...
