Textile
I have not tried textile myself, it just comes with drupal, so I can't help debug but I think you need to have a registered account on the site or in the drupal net, and you may have to put tags around it.
I have not bought spamming services so I don't know how they contract, but I don't think it's good either way. We either make the spamming services richer or we deflect to neighbours. Neither is tenable long term.
Spammers don't send everything twice with tempfails, as I understand how most people do them. They attempt to send, and get a failure (either MX not responding to tcp open, or smtp server returning temporary fail.) They do not send the mail in these cases. Later, if they try again it does send the mail.
