Any curve means acceleration, sideways, of course, unless you tilt the passenger cabin. Trains do this, your car suspension might. Your super-comfy ride would navigate curves slowly, and thus is going to go a lot slower than harder rides, aggravating those drivers. I doubt you'll be able to make every car ride as smooth as most train or plane rides.
