Although I frequently see Waymo vehicles in the Sunnyvale and Mountain View areas, I have yet to find a rider who is not a Google/Alphabet/Waymo employee. I have see multiple pickups and drop offs in my Sunnyvale neighborhood, including two within my own condo complex. All have been employees. The app reports I am "outside the service area" which is still represented as ending north of San Mateo.
